Bladnoch’s Master Distiller, Dr Nick Savage, hand-selected three single casks from 2009 to showcase a broad range of taste experiences. Each matured in a different cask type. This particular whisky was matured in a Sherry Hogshead, providing the perfect winter dram -  Christmas cake and plum jam flavours are met with bonfire smoke and nutmeg.
