PEATED SINGLE CASK WHISKY: BOURBON BARREL MATURED

Three peated single casks were hand-selected by our Master Distiller in 2024, to showcase a broad range of flavour experiences. All distilled in 2009, each was matured in a different cask type, revealing its own distinct character. The second in the collection was matured in a Bourbon barrel, showcasing a smoky barbecue character, banana cake sweetness and a lingering, drying finish.
