Bladnoch’s Master Distiller, Dr Nick Savage, hand-selected three single casks from 2009 to showcase a broad range of taste experiences. Each matured in a different cask type. This single cask was matured in Rum,  and gives a rich, sugary sweetness layered with marshmallow and warm apple pie.
